What's in the yard
Every machine in one list
Name, unit ID, year, make, model, serial number and day rate.
Which job it's on
The list shows the job each machine is booked to, or the next day it's booked.
Book it to a job
Pick the job and the days. A machine put on a task is booked for the task's dates.
No double-booking
A machine can't be on two jobs the same day, and one marked for maintenance can't be booked out from the yard.
Service intervals
Set how many days between services. Mark one done and the next service is dated for you.
Service becomes a task
Schedule a service and it lands on the mechanic's task list, on the job the machine is at that day.
Overdue at a glance
Machines past their service date say Service overdue. A service due in the next two weeks shows its date.

Common questions
Can Parli stop double-booking equipment?
Yes. A machine, attachment or trailer can't be booked to two different jobs on the same days. Tools can, until every one of them is out. A machine marked for maintenance, or with a service scheduled those days, can't be booked out from the yard, and it shows as down everywhere else.
How does maintenance work?
Give each machine a service interval in days and the person who handles its maintenance. When you schedule a service, it becomes a task on that person's list, on the job the machine is booked to that day. Mark it complete and the next service date is set from the interval.
Does Parli track engine hours or GPS?
No. You can note a meter reading on each machine, but Parli doesn't read hours, fuel or location from the machine itself. It shows which job each machine is booked to.
Can I track small tools?
Yes. Add a tool with how many you own. When some are booked out, the list shows how many are left, like 1 of 2 available.
Do machines move when a task is rescheduled?
Yes. Machines put on a task are booked for the task's dates, so when the task moves on the Gantt chart, the booking moves with it. If the machine is on another job those days, Parli won't make the move.
Is equipment on the Free plan?
Yes, one of each: one machine, one attachment, one tool and one trailer. Paid plans have no limit.
