Trucking and lowboy scheduling for dirt work.
Equipment hauling software for the moves behind every job: the lowboy, the gooseneck, the dump trucks and your trucking sub. Book each one to the job, then send the drivers tomorrow's moves when the board is right.

- TrailersBooked to the job in the yard. Never two jobs on one day.
- MachinesBooked to the job they’re going to.

Times on the board are an example. Dispatch can show each person's start time for the day, and a sub's visit has its own start time.
BTrailers & trucks
The yard knows a lowboy from a belly dump.
Trailers have their own list in the yard, next to machines, attachments and tools. Give each one a type and a unit ID, then book it to a job. One trailer, one job a day.

Dirt and rock ride in
And the rest
Plus Tag-Along, Utility, Enclosed, Landscape and Tank trailers. The Free plan has one trailer. Paid plans have no limit.
Trucks are machines.
Put your trucks in the yard with the rest of the fleet, and book them to a job like an excavator.
When a driver clocks in, the punch records which truck he's driving, so the hours land on the right machine.

Precast at 8:00. The loader's already booked.
A supplier's truck isn't in your yard, so the delivery goes on the job as a task with a time of day. Put the loader that sets the box on the task, and it's booked to the job for that day.

- Rain pushes it to Monday? Drag the task on the Gantt chart and the loader goes with it. If the loader is busy Monday, Parli won't make the move.
- Rosa and Miguel see it in their tasks, and the 6 AM round-up lists what's due that day.
- Road base or fill from a trucking sub? Book the sub's visit instead, and they confirm from an email.
DDrivers
The driver's clock starts before sunup.
Your driver clocks in on his phone. The punch records the job, the kind of work from your own list, and the truck he's driving.
- Dropped the 325 at Henderson? He switches to the next job, and the hours split by job, by work and by truck.
- No signal up the canyon? The punch waits on the phone and sends itself when he's back in range.

Questions
Common questions
Can I keep the lowboy from being double-booked?
Yes. A trailer is a yard item, like a machine, and Parli won't book one to two jobs on the same days. It shows what has it and on which days, and you can pick dates after that. Machines and attachments work the same way.
Can my drivers see tomorrow's moves?
Yes, once someone presses Send on Dispatch. Each driver gets one alert with only what changed for them. Until then, move things around as much as you like.
Can I schedule an outside trucking company?
Yes. Add them as a subcontractor and book a visit with the job and a start time. Parli emails them to confirm or reschedule, and they answer from the email with no app or login. The reminder goes out 2 days before unless you pick another day.
Does Parli track loads, tickets or miles?
No. Parli schedules the trucks, trailers, drivers and trucking subs. It doesn't count loads, keep haul tickets or weights, track trucks by GPS, log miles, or keep DOT or ELD records.
Can I track trailers and attachments too?
Yes. Machines, attachments, trailers and tools each have their own list in the yard, and trailers and attachments book to jobs the same way machines do. The Free plan has one of each. Paid plans have no limit.
What trailer types does Parli know?
Lowboy / RGN, Gooseneck, Step Deck, Flatbed, Tilt Deck, Dump, End Dump, Belly Dump, Side Dump, Transfer, Pup, Live Bottom, Water, Fuel and Roll-Off, plus a few more like Utility and Enclosed. Trucks go in as machines: Dump Truck, Articulated Hauler, Water Truck and Truck & Lowboy.
