Pricing, answered

$49 a month for a crew. That's the whole answer.

You searched what construction software costs and landed on a form. Here is Parli's price instead — on the page, no quote, no call.

Buildertrend doesn't publish a price

Their pricing page asks four questions about your business and books you a call. Their own FAQ lists "How much does Buildertrend cost?" and still doesn't say. That's a choice they're entitled to make, and it's why you're reading this page.

Independent review sites put their plans somewhere between about $339 and $1,099 a month, with Software Advice listing plans starting at $499 and reporting that 2026 pricing is banded by your annual construction volume. We can't confirm any of it — those are other people's numbers, not Buildertrend's. Get your own quote before you trust a figure on anybody's website, including this one.

Buildertrend does track equipment — a machine's name, age, upcoming maintenance and warranty, and moving it between sites. What it doesn't do is schedule one. Parli treats a machine like a person: put it on a task and it's booked for those dates, it shows up on the board beside the crew, and it tells you when it's due for service where you'll actually see it.

The whole price list

A crew is one foreman and the two or three people running with him. Every plan includes your whole roster — everyone you schedule, whether or not they sign in.

Per company, per month. Not per user.
Plan Price Crews Office seats Crew logins

Small Business $49 1 1 3
Small Business+ $99 2 2 6
Corporation $199 4 4 12

Enterprise Custom Any Any Any

Pay yearly and you get twelve months for the price of ten. The Free plan is one login and doesn't include the assistant.

Past eight crews, we build it around you. Add crew packs a crew at a time, or go Enterprise and we'll size seats, logins, storage and assistant use to the company you actually run — then quote it. That's the one part of this page where you do get a conversation, because at that size the plan should fit rather than nearly fit.

What happens when the crew grows

Buildertrend doesn't charge per user — they advertise unlimited, and the reported 2026 model bands the price by your annual construction volume. So their bill tracks how much work you take on.

Parli bands it by crews. Double the crews and the price doubles, which means the cost per person sits still. A dirt contractor is a particular shape — two or three people inside, everybody else in a machine — and nothing here charges you more for putting another operator on the schedule.

Your foreman gets a full login. The operators and laborers get crew logins that show them their own jobs and tasks — which is why they cost almost nothing. Nobody is priced out of the schedule they're working from.

Which one you actually want

These are different tools for different trades. If you're building houses, we'd rather you knew that now than after a demo.

Buildertrend fits you if

  • You're a homebuilder or remodeler
  • Client selections, warranties and change orders are the job
  • You want an owner portal your customers log into
  • You're fine talking to sales to learn the price
  • Unlimited logins matter more to you than a published number

Parli fits you if

  • You move dirt — excavation, grading, site prep, utilities
  • Your schedule is people and machines, trailers and subs
  • You need the dozer and the lowboy on the same board as the crew
  • You'd rather read the price than book a call
The Parli heavy equipment list: machines with type, model, day rate and status, and a service-due flag on the dozer.
Your yard — day rate, status and service due, on the same schedule as the crew.
A Parli project timeline: tasks from mobilization through demob and final walkthrough, bars laid across three weeks with today marked by a red line.
Link the tasks once. Move one and everything downstream follows.

Buildertrend's own pricing page read on September 29, 2026: it publishes no price and collects a custom-quote request. The $339–$1,099 range is what third-party review sites and software directories report, checked the same day — Software Advice lists "pricing available upon request" alongside plans starting at $499, and several industry roundups describe 2026 pricing banded by annual construction volume. The unlimited-users line is Buildertrend's own, from that page, and independent reviews say the same of all their plans — though under a quote model what you actually get is whatever your quote says. None of the dollar figures are confirmed by Buildertrend, and some of those sites sell competing software. Parli's prices are per company, per month, in US dollars, and come straight from our own price list.
