Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Parli, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of Service

Parli is a project and task management platform designed for construction and excavation companies. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Billing

Some features of Parli require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription plan. Plans are priced as a flat monthly or annual fee per organization, covering the number of seats (full logins, typically for the owner, office staff and foremen) and crew logins (limited sign-ins that show a person only their own jobs and tasks) listed for that plan, and are billed in advance depending on the term you choose. Fees paid to Parli are non-refundable. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are up to Apple, under its own policies.

Adding or removing people does not change your bill. You pay the flat fee for your plan, whether you fill every seat and crew login or none of them. If you need more people than your plan covers, you move to a plan that covers them or, where your plan offers them, add crew packs.

Your Content

The projects, tasks, reports, photos, and other content you put into Parli remain yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us permission to store and process that content only as needed to operate the service for you — including sending relevant parts to the providers described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including photographs taken on job sites.

AI Features

Plans that include AI provide an assistant that can answer questions about your workspace, draft field reports and photo captions, and be operated by voice. Using these features sends the relevant part of your workspace data to our AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI output can be wrong. Treat it as a draft or a suggestion, not as a decision. You are responsible for reviewing anything the assistant produces before you rely on it — particularly schedules, bookings, cost figures, and anything included in a report you send to a client.

Actions that change your data require your confirmation before they are saved.

Plans that include AI come with an allowance of voice minutes (the number of minutes included with the plan), which is stated on the pricing page. Additional minutes may be purchased separately.

The Mobile App

Parli is available as an iPhone and Android app as well as at app.parli.io. Both are the same service under the same account, and these Terms apply to both.

In the iPhone app you can buy the Solo and Solo + Crew plans through Apple. Apple takes the payment and charges it to your Apple ID. These subscriptions renew automatically each month or year; to stop the next renewal, turn it off in your iPhone’s Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple handles any refund under its own policies. Every other plan is bought and changed at app.parli.io, and the Android app sells nothing. Whichever way you pay, the app shows your current plan and what it includes.

The app is distributed by Apple and Google. They are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for Parli or for supporting it — support comes from us at support@parli.io. Your use of their storefront is also governed by their own terms.

Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by their developer agreements, and may enforce them against you as such.

The app needs an internet connection. It is a working tool for a job site, not an offline system of record — do not rely on it to hold the only copy of something you cannot lose.

Limitation of Liability

Parli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Which Law Applies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of them that we cannot settle between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and both of us agree those courts may hear it.

If the law where you live gives you rights that an agreement cannot sign away — including consumer protections in your own province, state or country — this section does not sign them away. Nothing in these Terms limits a right you cannot waive.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
