Who can see my notes?
Only you, until you share one. Share a note with a colleague and pick Can read or Can edit.
Can two people edit a note at once?
Yes. Give someone Can edit and you both see the changes as they're made.
Can I add photos and mark them up?
Yes. Add a photo to a note, then draw on it to point out the problem. There is an eraser and undo.
Does it save on its own?
Yes, a moment after you stop typing. Notes you've opened before can be read with no signal, but changes need a connection to save.
Can I attach a note to a job?
Notes are not attached to jobs. Name the note after the job, pin it, and search finds it.
