They schedule crews and machines, see costs and use the assistant. Everybody in the field gets a login free, with no limit on how many, and they see only their own jobs and tasks. The roster, everyone you schedule with or without a login, is unlimited too.
Add a seat whenever you like and drop it again when you don't need it. It shows up on the next bill, charged only for the days you had it. Small Business+ holds 6 office seats in all at $10 a month each; Corporation+ has no cap at $14 each. Adding people in the field never costs anything on a paid plan.
