Common questions

What can the Parli Assistant do?

Answer questions about your jobs, tasks, schedule, crew, machines, subs and field reports, and set things up for you: jobs, tasks, checklists, bookings, field reports, sub visits, reminders and notes.

Will it change things without asking?

Not in the standard Ask first mode. Every change shows up as a Proposed action with Confirm and Decline. In voice mode it asks out loud and waits for your yes. You can switch chat to Auto to skip the card.

Does it speak Spanish?

Voice mode understands English and Spanish and answers in the language you use.

Can it move tasks or message my crew?

No. It doesn't reschedule work, delete anything, send messages or clock anyone in or out. Those stay in your hands.

Which plans include the assistant?

Every paid plan. Small Business+ includes 800 questions and 60 voice minutes a month, and Corporation+ includes 4,000 questions and 500 voice minutes, with top-up packs when you need more. The Free plan and crew logins do not include it.

Does it work in a loud spot?

Yes. On a phone, voice mode is hold to talk, and it is tuned to pick your voice out of the noise.
