How do subs confirm their dates?

Parli emails them a link with the job, the dates, the start time and the work. They tap Yes, we'll be there, or Propose a different time. They don't need the app or a login. You pick when the ask goes out: 1, 2, 3, 7 or 14 days before, plus a second ask if you want one.

Does Parli have a template for civil and sitework jobs?

Yes. When you make a job, choose Start from template and pick Civil / Sitework Contractor under Industry phase columns. The job board starts with nine phases, from Pre-Construction to Closeout. Rename, recolor or delete any of them.

Can the owner or the GC see progress?

Send them the job's photos as one link. They don't need the app, new photos keep landing on the same link, and they can save any photo full size.

Can I see what a job is costing?

Yes, on the job's page. Costs you add and the crew's hours from the time clock count against the budget, split into materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors, with what's left. People who manage the work see the costs. Crew members see the work, not the money.

Does it handle long jobs with a lot of phases?

Yes. Each job has its own Gantt chart that zooms from days out to weeks and months. Link tasks so a late storm line pushes back the work that waits on it, set milestones for the big dates, and see sub visits on the same chart. The Gantt chart comes with every paid plan.

Does Parli read plans or build bids?

No. Parli doesn't open CAD files, mark up plan sheets or do bids. It keeps the schedule, the crew, the subs and the daily record for the job. The plan drawing on this page is an illustration.
