How do I invite my crew?
Tap your name at the bottom of the menu → your company’s settings → Users → Invite user. Each person gets an email link and picks their own password. Office staff and foremen take an office seat, a full login. People in the field take a crew login and see only their own jobs and tasks. Your plan sets how many of each you get; on the Free plan, the only login is yours.
Do subcontractors need an account?
Never. Subs confirm schedules from one email — no login, no app, and they don’t use up any of your plan’s logins.
Where do I get the app?
iPhone: it’s on the App Store. Android: it’s on Google Play. On a computer: Parli Desktop, at app.parli.io in your web browser. It’s the same account on all three. See parli.io/app.
How do I change plans?
Tap your name at the bottom of the menu → your company’s settings → Billing (called Upgrade Options while you’re on the Free plan), any time, up or down. Changes prorate automatically — no phone call. To move to a smaller plan, everyone on your account, including invites you’ve sent, has to fit it first.
I deleted something by accident.
Deletions leave a record of what was removed, by whom, and when. Email us right away and we’ll see what can be brought back.
Can I get my data out?
Costs and reports export from the app. For a full copy of everything, email us — it’s your data, and we’ll hand it over.
