What shows on the Parli calendar?
Tasks, crew and equipment bookings, equipment maintenance and subcontractor visits. Tap the key to hide any of them.
Can my crew see everyone's schedule?
No. Crew members see their own tasks, their own bookings and the subs coming to their jobs. Managers can switch between My tasks and All tasks.
Can I drag things around on the calendar?
Not on the calendar. Move a task on the job's Gantt chart, and people and machines on the dispatch board.
Does it sync with Google or Outlook?
No. The calendar lives in Parli, on the phone, the tablet and the computer.
Can I add a task from the calendar?
Yes. Tap any day and add a task for that date, or use New task at the top.
Is there a week view?
Use 3 days for the next few days up close, or Month for the big picture.
