What’s new

What we’ve shipped lately. Newest first.

Roles, the crew dashboard, and photo sharing

  • New Three roles that match how a dirt company actually runs. Crew are your laborers and operators. Managers are your foremen and superintendents — they run jobs. Admins are everyone who needs the whole company — the office, the estimator, whoever handles billing. What somebody sees follows from the jobs they are assigned to, so a laborer on one job sees one job and a superintendent over four sees four.
  • New Moving people between jobs is just scheduling. Send an operator over to help another foreman and their app follows them — no settings to change, nothing to switch back afterward.
  • New A dashboard built for the field. Your crew open the app to what is due today, the equipment and tools attached to that work so nothing gets left at the yard, how the job is coming along, and what the rest of the crew finished this week.
  • New Managers see the costs on the jobs they run, assign work to their crew, and can book crew and iron for their own jobs without seeing the rest of the company.
  • New The assistant answers within a manager’s own jobs. Ask who is free on Thursday and you get an answer about your job and the yard — not somebody else’s numbers.
  • New Invite someone straight from their employee card and their jobs, tasks and schedule are waiting the first time they sign in.
  • New Share a photo or a whole collection with a public link — send jobsite pictures to a client or your marketing person without giving them a login. Revoke the link any time.
  • New Pay yearly and get two months free. Choose monthly or annual at checkout.
  • Improved Photos taken on a phone are now compressed before they upload. A five megabyte photo lands around four hundred kilobytes, so uploads finish faster on bad site signal.
  • Improved Photo grids load about twenty times less data by using thumbnails, so browsing a job’s pictures is quick even on a tablet in the truck.
  • Improved Voice minutes are now a monthly allowance instead of a daily one — 60 minutes a month on Small Business+, 150 on Corporation. Easier to plan around than a per-day cap.
  • Improved Deleting a project now tells you exactly what goes with it — tasks, reports, photos, costs, bookings — and asks you to type the project name first.
  • Security Uploaded files are now stored privately and served through temporary links, so a photo URL can’t be passed around or reused later.
  • Security Job access is enforced by the database, not just hidden in the interface. A crew member cannot reach another job’s tasks, photos or costs by any route — the records are not served to them in the first place.
  • Fixed Search now covers tools, attachments, field reports, and files, and opens the task you clicked instead of its project.

The File Manager, rebuilt

  • New Every photo and document in your company now lives in one place, organised into a folder per job — including pictures that came in through daily field reports.
  • New Star your best shots into Keepers, or make your own collections, then download a whole collection as a zip for social media or your website.
  • New Pair a before and after photo into a single share-ready image, and let AI draft a caption for it.
  • Improved A Photos view that reads like a camera roll, month by month, with a full-screen viewer you can swipe through on a phone.

Scheduling, reports, and the assistant

  • New The Parli Assistant — ask about your schedule, crews, or equipment in plain language, and have it draft field reports for you. Talk to it hands-free with voice mode.
  • New The Resources hub: see crew and iron across the week, staff a job from one screen, and catch double-bookings before they happen.
  • New Daily field reports from the phone — weather, crew count, work performed, and photos, straight onto the job’s feed.
  • Improved Project timelines, baselines, cost tracking, and templates so a new job can start from one you have already run.
