1.0 — Parli is out

• New Every job on one schedule. Jobs, the tasks under them, and who is on what — laid out by week so you can see the whole company at a glance instead of holding it in your head.
• New Crew and heavy equipment, scheduled together. Book people and machines onto a job for a set of dates. Try to send the same excavator to two jobs on the same day and Parli refuses — a double-booking is not a warning here, it cannot be saved.
• New A timeline for every job. Phases as bars you drag to reschedule, with the work that hangs off them moving too.
• New Daily field reports from the seat. Photos, hours, weather and what got done, filed from the jobsite on a phone and waiting in the office before the truck is back.
• New Your yard, written down. Machines, attachments, tools and trailers, each with its hours, its day rate and when it is next due for service. Import the whole lot from a spreadsheet if you already keep one.
• New Roles that match how a dirt company runs. Crew are your laborers and operators, managers are your foremen and superintendents, admins are the office. What somebody sees follows from the jobs they are assigned to — move an operator to another job and their app follows them. Build your own roles on top if you need a foreman who runs the work but never sees a day rate.
• New An AI assistant that knows your schedule. Ask who is on the Miller Rd. job this week and it answers from your actual bookings, and offers to fix what it finds. It never changes anything without asking first.
• New Costs on the jobs that carry them, for the people who should see them. Day rates and job costs are for whoever runs the numbers; a laborer sees the work.
• New Notes, photos and shared albums. Send jobsite pictures to a client with a link instead of a login, and revoke it whenever you want.
• New Runs on the phone, the tablet and the web, on the same account. Photos taken on site are compressed before they upload, so a report still files on bad signal.
