A sub who can't make it suggests other days. You accept, decline or offer another time, and they get an email either way.

Common questions
How do subcontractors confirm?
Parli emails them a link with the job, the dates, the start time and the work. They tap Yes, we'll be there, or propose a different time. They don't need the app or a login.
Does Parli text subcontractors?
No. Parli sends email. Each sub also has a private schedule link you can copy and text them yourself.
Can Parli remind subs before they show up?
Yes. Pick when to ask, from 1 to 14 days before the visit, and add a second ask if you want. Parli sends each ask on its day if the sub hasn't confirmed yet.
What happens when a sub can't make it?
They propose new days and a time from the same page. The person who scheduled the visit gets an email and can accept, decline or offer another time. The sub hears back by email.
What does Find cover do?
When someone is out, it shows every task and job booking they had those days and suggests who can step in. Put that person in with a tap, or take the absent person off. Each change has Undo.
Is it on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes one subcontractor and one crew card. Paid plans have no limit.
