Know your day before you leave.

Parli opens to your day. The office sees who's out and what's late. The crew sees their job, their start time and what to bring.

The morning note

Your morning, in one note.

A few lines at the top of the office dashboard: who's out, what's late and what's double-booked. When something changes, it writes itself again.

Tanner is out sick today, and he was on the Oquirrh Ridge pipe crew with two things that need cover. The silt fence on lot 44 is still down from the storm; get it fixed before the inspector comes back Friday. The 2021 CAT 336 is booked on two jobs Monday.

  • 8 overdue
  • 1 double-booked
  • 4 due today
  • 6 ready to start
  • 1 crew out

Questions

Common questions

What does the crew see on their dashboard?

Crew members open to their own day: the time clock, today's job and start time, their tasks, what to bring and who they're working with this week. They don't see the company's numbers.

What's the morning note?

A few lines at the top of the office dashboard about who's out, what's late and what's double-booked, with counts underneath. It writes itself again when something changes.

Can I change what is on my dashboard?

On Corporation+ and Enterprise, yes. Click Customize on a computer to add, remove, reorder and resize cards, and set a separate order for your phone. Other plans get the standard layout for each role.

Does it update on its own?

Most of it. Tasks, jobs, bookings, maintenance, sub visits, field reports and photos refresh as they change. The time clock card refreshes every minute.

Is it different on a phone?

The phone shows the cards in one column, in an order made for a phone. Tablets use the computer layout.

Who sees the company dashboard?

Owners, admins and foremen see the company dashboard. Crew logins see the crew dashboard.
