Phase 1 · Permits & Utility Disconnects
Put each disconnect on the task as a checklist item. As they're checked off, the task's progress bar moves with them. Try it.
Parli keeps the list. It doesn't file permits or call the utilities.
Phase 2 · Abatement & Prep
Put the sub's visit on the job and Parli emails them to confirm or reschedule, 2 days before by default. They don't need the app or a login.

Phase 3 · Mobilization
Book the excavator, the breaker and the loader to the job for the days you need them. Each one can be on only one job on those days.

Put the excavator and the breaker on the tear-down task. They're booked for its dates, and when the task moves on the Gantt chart, they move with it. If one is busy on the new days, Parli won't make the move.

Phase 5 · Sort & Haul-Off
Transfer and dump trailers book like machines, one job at a time. Ridgeline Trucking gets an email to confirm the haul-off days.
Parli doesn't count loads or keep dump tickets. Hauling has its own page
Phase 6 · Grubbing & Grade
Each attachment books on its own, so the stump grinder can't land on two jobs on the same day. Note which machines each one fits.
Phase 7 · Final Inspection
Put the final inspection on the job as a task. Whoever's on it sees it on their calendar and in the 6 AM round-up of what's due that morning.
Phase 8 · Closeout
The foreman files the closeout report from the phone. Then send the owner the job's photos as one link. No app, and new photos land on the same link.
